Make sure to remove all necessary items from your vehicle.

Garage Door Openers

Parking Passes


Remove any and all keys from your key-ringthat you may need while your car is being repaired, such as house keys, keys for work, gym fobs, etc.

If you are utilizing a loaner or rental during your repair, please bring:  

A copy of your current insurance card.

Your valid driver's license.

A Credit Card to keep on file for incidentals.

If you plan on having anyone other than yourself drive the loaner during your repair, please bring a copy of their driver's license as well.

*Please advise, per Schomp, Enterprise, and Hertz policy, loaners/rentals are not permitted for use to drivers under 21 years of age.*
*Schomp does not charge your card unless the vehicle is damaged during use. Schomp will notify you if any charges are necessary before processing your card.*

* Enterprise/Hertz car rental typically puts a $50.00 hold on your card in case of incidentals and will refund this hold once the vehicle is returned. 

Please bring all applicable insurance information with you for repair.

- If you have not filed your claim yet, please bring your policy information with you so that we can help get your claim started.

- If your claim is already filed, please bring your claim number and/or Insurance Estimate Paperwork with you.
